Shakti Yoga Studio combines the study of breath awareness and meditation with physical poses (asanas).
We offer 20+ classes per week in our new studio located at:
286 Torbay Rd.,
Coaker's Meadow Plaza
St. John's, NL.
Classes include:
- Hatha Flow
- Intro. to Hatha
- Chair Yoga
- Prenatal Yoga
- Mom & Baby Yoga
- Family Yoga (for kids aged 3-5 + one parent)
All classes are drop-in, with no pre-registration required.
